Global payments platform Vitesse are celebrating after winning the Best International Payments, Remittance or Use of FX at The PAY360 Awards.

Taking place on 5th October at Grosvenor House Hotel, the London-headquartered fintech firm clinched the gong against the five other finalists. The award recognises companies which enable cross-border payments for consumers or businesses. This could be a solution that facilitates those payments or that uses foreign exchange as a core part of its solution or programme – since Vitesse’s inception in 2014, the ability to enable borderless payments, and quickly, has been an integral part of their journey. This is just the latest in the string of accolades that Vitesse has collected in the past 12 months. After successfully completing its Series B funding round at the beginning of 2022 – raising a total of $26million – and almost doubling its team since the year began, the company is going from strength to strength. Phillip McGriskin, CEO of Vitesse, is thrilled to win. “What an honour,” said Phil. “To first be shortlisted for the award, alongside some tough competition, was a huge achievement. And then to go on and win – it feels amazing! We pride ourselves on our payment capabilities and creating a truly borderless transaction for all of our customers.” After the year Vitesse has had, it’s clear that they will not be slowing down anytime soon.
